About Sheila
I grew up on a farm south of North Platte and moved to Grand Island in 1982. I obtained my real estate license in 1999 and have been a multi-million dollar producer. I specialize in residential real estate, I represent Buyers and Sellers on a professional level. Both Buyers and Sellers benefit from my knowledge of the Grand Island Real Estate market. I stay on top of the changing market and when the market was down I reached out to the REO asset managers. At that time I became the listing agent for HUD, listing their foreclosure properties.
